With supported living, we offer vulnerable adults the opportunity to live independently but in a supported environment.

The service offers the opportunity for individuals to live within supported accommodation, and to have the choice of staff support with maintaining welfare and choice, support with daily living skills, support with emotional needs, whilst maintaining a level of independence, which meets with the assessed needs of the individual. The individual will have the opportunity to be supported with managing their own tenancy, finances, maintaining access to the community and building their future.
